We greatly value your interest in hosting events affiliated with the Baltimore City College Class of 2008. As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, we are dedicated to maintaining the integrity and decorum of our class's name and likeness. In order to ensure consistency and authenticity in events that carry our class's identity, we have established the following guidelines:

 

Exclusive Authorization: Only official class alumni committee members possess the authority to host events using the Baltimore City College Class of 2008 name and likeness. This designation is essential to maintain the alignment of events with our class's values and objectives.

 

Distinguishing Official and Unofficial Events:

To eliminate ambiguity and ensure clarity, it is important to differentiate between official and unofficial events associated with the Baltimore City College Class of 2008. Official events are exclusively those authorized and organized by the official class alumni committee. Unofficial events, organized independently by individual alumni members, must not involve the utilization of our class's name and likeness.
